My partner and I have recently moved to the North London area and were looking for a reputable Estate Agency to help us with finding a flat to rent. Having done some research before settling for Connect Lettings we were drawn in by the fact they are a small family run business with 19 years of experience in the industry. Connect Lettings assisted us with all the necessary paperwork needed. They were very knowledgeable when we went to view a flat we liked and kept us informed with updates on the progress of our references when we finally found somewhere.I would like to personally thank Olga and Andrew for helping us by allowing us to move in 2 days later than our proposed date when our removal van cancelled on us last minute and we had no way of moving in on the day. I've been renting a studio through Connect for two years and I must say it was a very good experience. From the viewing where Dino was very well informed about all features of the property and he helped with all necessary paperwork, through Christa who I believe does an admin job and she's always on time with things (always gives you plenty of notice) , also Harry who helped me a lot with any maintenance that was needed in the flat. They were very responsive and resolving any issues in a matter of a day or two. If I could I'd have stayed with them for much longer. Highly recommend - lovely people, reliable service!

We found Connect Property, and particularly Dino, to be a pleasure to work with. The whole process of finding and viewing and letting the property was transparent with no hidden fees, and Dino and team were very reactive with any maintenance requests/issues that we raised. We also found Connect Property to be very human and flexible in helping accommodate our move out requests as we had a varied timeline, which was hugely appreciated. I had not come across Connect Property before moving into this rental, however I would 100% recommend using them, and it was refreshing to have such an easy and nice experience with an estate agent.

He did an amazing job in what was, thanks to Covid, a less than ideal selling environment.Andrew personally oversaw everything and was always available and on hand to deal with matters. First time buyer and helped along the process by Andrew at Connect, who was very personable from initial viewing through to final stages, and always available to chat to if I needed. We had a few hiccups on the way to getting the keys to my lovely flat, but we got through it all.We had a problem with the mortgage application, but Andrew contacted my Broker, and helped iron it out as much as was possible from his end, although it was a problem with the lender.Would certainly recommend, great customer service and had no major problems.Thanks to everyone at Connect!
