Great selection in the shop and extremely helpful customer service - Took a record home and realised it had a warp in it, and shop kindly offered a full refund or exchange. Happily took the exchange after getting the new record out in the shop and seeing it didn't have the warp the previous one had. Was really pleased as I didn't even have my receipt and only had proof of purchase on my Apple Wallet as I left the shop in such a rush when buying the first time around. Will definitely be back in when I'm next in the area!

The guys in here are all very helpful, I phoned them first then emailed them and they answered all my questions in a quick and efficient manner, they went through my collection and gave me a good price for my cassettes, parking was not an issue but this could be at certain times of the day

Best record shop in Crouch End, friendly staff and always a great collection of new and second hand vinyl. Great selection of house and electronic and rap. They also buy records back at a great price.

I had a brief vinyl-collecting moment as a teenager but it didn’t last particularly long. My partner is much more into music than I am and has got really into collecting records so whenever we’re in the vicinity of a record shop we are obliged to have a browse.The vibes here were nice and they had a nice range of stuff (although I was irked by the Michael Jackson section). Not wheelchair accessible as there’s a step to get in, but reasonably size inclusive as there’s enough room to move between the isles (as long as there aren’t too many people to squeeze past).It’s looking like my boyfriend and his record player will be moving in with me in a few months, so maybe I’ll buy myself a record next time I get the chance…

Huge selection of old vinyl, though sadly newly pressed releases, which don't have the same feel, are taking over the racks, with beautiful old vinyl relegated to the backs of each section. Got to say also, is being miserable a prerequisite to work there? Jeez, never seen such a monosyllabic, miserable workforce before! It kind of goes though with the newish yuppy, sterile, corporate feel of the Crouch End store. Still worth a visit, just don't expect service with a smile.

6 YEARS AGO :Second-hand CDs, vinyl, DVDs and some books and a compact range of new vinyl in the usual formulaic genres. Stock scrutinised and in good+ condition and sensibly priced but frustrated by a somewhat predictable and paltry s/hand vinyl selection and space constraints.RECENTLY:New spacious premises but reflecting the same, previously mentioned issues.A range of pop memorabilia, T-shirts and whatever chime with an echo of HMV - just saying.Certainly worth investigating.

This shop is one of the best choices for music fans and happily I was able to buy one of Amy Winheouse's albums - Frank. They have also plenty of books, t-shirts, posters, mugs and the staff is really kind.

I've got lots of records from here and three so cheap and worth it, I highly recommend this if your starting to collect records or Cds

Good selection of vinyl and CDs. A lot of new mixed in with the secondhand - no bad thing, just less of a bargain-hunt and more of a trip to find something new.
