Foot massage was not god as my beautician was distracted by the collegues and her phone. I had a full body and feet massage. The body massage was great not focusing on needs of where tension was but good no distracrions in the beauty room. For the foot part we moved upstairs and the strong massage of downstairs was gone I feel no benefit from it she was highly distracted taking her focus from her work. Rest of body was fine though and room was clean, tidy and relaxing with good products used.

Very poor experience. The salon itself is not clean and there are plugs and wires everywhere. I was there for a manicure and so was in the salon for about an hour. The beautician spoke to me only a few times to tell me to relax my hands. The rest of the time she and 5 other staff members spoke constantly in Chinese to one another completely ignoring clients.I have just taken the nail varnish off as it was a poor job.

A great beauty salon, my hair dresser is very nice and friendly.

Just moved to the city and needed a new eyebrow place, and WOW. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 2 decades and this might be one of the best threading I've ever had. I barely felt anything (I've had some BRUTAL threading done at other places before) and they were just beautifully shaped. I'll definitely be returning here.

I've been going here for the last 7 years and cannot praise this place enough. I get my eyebrows threaded weekly and I always leave with the perfect brows. I have recently had microblading done and wow what a treatment. I never need to fill in my eyebrows which is so handy for when I'm running out without make up on as I look bald without my eyebrows filled in. It's totally built my confidence up. Defo recommended!!

Pailin, is the best masseuse in the business. From the minute I met her to this very day she has been a kind and strong as an ox. She gives it her all and she is such a lovely kind human. All my love Pailin. So happy to have your magic hands work magic on me. Thank you so much.

Used a Groupon voucher for a manicure and pedicure (my first ever). I went in, was told to sit in the seat, surrounded by trays of equipment, weird electrical things and dirty boxes. Was left there for 10 minutes or so with no info on what was happening. Eventually someone came up to me told me to take my shoes off and put my feet up, I had to ask her to change the grubby towel she wanted me to put my feet on. Then someone else turned up and took my hands and started cutting and filing them, no comments or communication at all on what was happening. The way I was sat caused my legs to start aching very quickly and the angle I had to sit at to enable the man to do my nails was so uncomfortable. Every time I tried to move to get comfy I was told to sit still. I have crushed vertebrae and arthritis in my hips and knees, so it was more than just an discomfort to have to sit through.One of my thumb nails wasn't quite taking the shellac properly and was warping, the man who was doing my nails tried to reapply twice (still hadn't had even a hi from either) then huffed, said something to the woman working on my toes and walked away. He came back and carried on over the warped varnish.I've never had a manicure before but I can tell that this is not a good one. I have broken skin around my nails and my cuticles are still very much there. My pedicure is uneven and I'm having to take multiple pain killers throughout the day because of how I had to sit.Happy holiday to me.

Been going here for years....tried other places but nothing seems to compare. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere with a wide range of services. They always seem to accommodate my last minute requests for an appointment which makes all the difference. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs.

Staff super friendly, patient and attentive to my needs - however, the quality of the shellac was very poor and chipped and peeled off after 6 days (conveniently a day after their 5 day touch up period). When I paid a little more at another salon, it stayed on for almost two months without chipping. I'd not recommend this salon or return.
