My Mother's Day flowers were tracked as ready for delivery at 13.27, they arrived at 20.05. So, so disappointed, waited all day. Dreadful service. Nothing changes

Used to open for collections at 0600 now its 0800 I fitted a Bell to alert me when they're there as I do Nightshift ,they don't use it so I've got to hang about for 2 hours after my shift to they open NOT HAPPY

The opening times are ludicrous being 08:00-10:00 on week days so not really much use for those that have to work regular office hours. Collection point really should be open earlier and in the evenings too.

Not easy to park as staff cars take up most of the space next to the collection point. Hours have been reduced to 2 per day and they are usually during the busy school run time with a primary and secondary close by. Wednesday is closed.

I have been waiting on post, packages, parcels for 3 weeks now and i don't even see a postman about my area i can't take anymore of this i even went down to the depot at Rachilea and there are not very helpful i know that the virus hold back a bit but not as long as this so come on please can i have my post delivered i don't even get any junk mail.

So dont advise they only keep parcels for 18days. Opening times are hilarious in relation. Say the don't leave it in safe place then the next parcel is in the blue bin.......
