I placed a last minute order which Trophy Master agreed they could fulfill. My order ended up being ready a day early, the trophies and medals looked great including the engraving and the communication was sound. I would highly recommend and I shall be using them again.

Excellent service. Posted very fast and after care was prompt and helpful when royal mail left our parcel in a bin without informing us. Luckily trophymaster could tell me what day/place it had been delivered too and i found my parcel underneath all my recycling in my blue bin!!

Disappointing,flimsy design ! Ordered a Ryder cup replica, and within days the golfer on the top had broken off, when it fell onto a carpeted floor! When the company was contacted we were quoted £25 to get the same part again...will look elsewhere for trophies in the future.
