We have purchased x2 vehicles from Lucky Dale now, had the car delivered to my house and gave a very good price on a part exchange.Great customer service and communication, they came out after business hours to my house house as I work late during the week and they had all the finance, paperwork, service history and new MOT certificate sorted. All in all very efficient.

I will let you decide if my review is fair or not.Came to collect a £40K+ car and it wasn't even washed or ready. It was advertised as excellent condition but i found 2/3 major scratches and scuffed wheel rims. The dealers reply was to him that's excellent condition.I had already paid for the vehicle and had asked him to check it to make sure i wouldn't be disappointed before I came. He did nothing and I left the car their extremely unhappy.The dealer offered no solution for me, so you can decide if this is what you expect or not.

Had 2 weeks to prepare the car, paint job has been done the colour dont even match. They left polish marks and paint on front and rear lights, inside was not cleaned. I would buy the car, but not give them any kind of service or maintenance to do or anything to FIX before selling, as they are cowboys. Be warned

Upon asking the dealers reply was that's excellent condition and gave us a foolish justification of normal routine to have scratches on cars and started to show us other cars aswell.We had already paid for the vehicle and had asked him to check it to make sure we wouldn't be disappointed before we come and save our time too .He did nothing and we left the car their extremely unhappy.And the car was speaking itselt not to touch me .The dealer offered no solution for us, so you can decide if this is what you expect or not.Save time and save money please

To be fair, I should've written this review much earlier - long overdue.I bought a car (Mercedes c class) from lucky dale cars back in early July of last year. Real pleasure dealing with these guys. The car was as described, in fantastic condition and it was cherished for the last year plus. Really good personal service, friendly, and the car bought was serviced and mot'd - everything you'd need in a used car without worries or hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend these guys. The car is the best I have ever owned and believe me I have had many before but wasn't this satisfied. I was going to buy a Audi TT thank God I didn't. I would say the only thing that I can fault is the seat belt is a little to low to connect but definitely recommend you. Also buy one from Lucky Dale Cars. Take Care
