Unwelcoming. How can anyone assess standard of products that should last years, and be told on entry, 'it's appointment only' - no large sign on door saying that.... 'I have my next appointment due in...' - I don't care, I want to LOOK at product before making ANY decision.... It's okay plenty of other carpeting companies around which have been FAR MORE WELCOMING so decision made, won't be buying a scrap from you

We've had an amazing experience with the Dundrum team, especially Fintan.We are just finishing a dream renovation of our home, and the Matt Britton team have been there for us throughout - from bringing our design vision to reality, working with us on styles/finishes to being endlessly patient with scheduling changes.We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Ross from Matt Britton in Dundrum. Their products are very high quality and service and fitting excellent too. Absolutely love their Marseille engineered wide plank flooring and have used it throughout my own home. As an interior designer I am lucky to get to choose regularly from their amazing selection of colours and styles for various projects too so it's a win win! Call in and see for yourself you won't be sorry you did.

The staff at Matt Britton, particularly Fintan in Dundrum, have all be so nice and helpful. Full of knowledge and always happy answer my many questions. Absolutely delighted with our gorgeous carpet also, brilliant quality.

Matt Britton Flooring Dundrum
Dealt with the Dundrum branch in 2021. If I was to sum it up I would say they overpromised and underdelivered. They provided us with dates when items would be available and these were missed and we were later told that certain items we chose were not in stock. This period coincided with the Covid Pandemic and there was very poor adherence to mask wearing on premises by the staff. Based on our experience we cannot recommend.
