Most bonkers country the UK is when a bike rental shop is closed all weekend but open when everyone is at work on a Wednesday and Thursday. Completely nuts country no brains!

Top service, Mark gave us a bit of a head start with time so we don't need to rush with adjusting seats etc and recommended a beautiful ride along the Thames river. Bikes are very good - MTB Trek although there are a few other types. Amazing value for money and my wife and I would definitely recommend. Thank you and see you again!

It took no time at all from the initial getting the paper work done to jumping on and heading off.Friendly staff all happy to help and set your bike up , it gets really busy at peak times and it can take a while getting through the hoards of people walking by the river ....Be aware it's steep climb to get to the top road towards Richmond park.

Friendly and helpful owner, prices are fair (especially compared to the prices they want to charge inside Richmond Park). We rent three Mountainbikes, they were in good condition, breaks and gears worked perfectly. Also a lock was provided.

We rented bikes here to go around Richmond Park. It's very close to get to the park. The prices are fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. It's was also 10 minutes away walking from Richmond station which is very convenient.

Actually amazing bike hire. They have *fantastic* new Trek bikes for a very low price, free helmets, good locks in a tidy seatbar pouch for 2 quid, an excellent location for exploring the thames path and richmond park, and friendly efficient service. They have the same name as a corporate bike rental chain in California, but rest assured this is not at all the same company, this place is classy and great. Highly recommend.

The owner is one of the kindest, funniest, and most wholesome gentlemen I've had the pleasure of meeting in London. He was generous with our crew and accommodated us in ways I would not have expected anyone else to - we love this shop and will come here again and again. I would give him 6 stars ⭐ if I could.

Just stopped after hearing squeaking on the stem. The team here kindly repaired as well as offered advice on routes. Would definitely recommend them for advice and hire. So near Richmond Park, River Thames as well as a range of cafes and pubs.
