Mr Bell was a very rude man, and I go as far as to say a bully. He wasn't concerned at all for my health. I rented a property for 6 months which he was managing. It was damp from the start, they had just painted over it.When I started to complain that it wasn't being dealt with. He told me if I didn't like it I could move.I wouldn't go anywhere near this company, just because of this man.

Disgusting service form this agent. Asked for a second viewing on a property as during the first one couldn't see in the connected double garage workshop or the single garage. Was told they couldn't fit us in for another week. I asked that if anyone showed any interest then would they let us know. Was rung the morning of the viewing to be told that the vendors were ill so couldn't show us round and would I like to make an appointment between Christmas and the New Year. I rang back gone 4:30pm to the news that there had been a viewing the previous day and an acceptable offer had been received. I was told they were going to ring me that afternoon to let me know. Rather late in the day for that.

The company have a friendly service ethic. Extremely customer focused. Many of us don't buy of sell a property very often. Added the fact that this is a time of a pandemic. I was selling a property in Horncastle, the package to sell the property was very good. Photo's of the property were will produced with good views of the property. Advertising by Robert Bell was on their own website, Rightmove, On the Market, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.The appointments Bell's made, were all contucted well, with no physical contact inside the property. (So no cleaning down surfaces afterwards.) The agreed sale was conducted well and fairly by Bell's. Plenty of updates from them on the progress of the sale.If I could use Robert Bell again I would, but I do not live in the area any longer.Placing your property sale in the hands of Robert Bells is a wise option.

Feeling very disappointed and let down with the service I received as a buyer it seems I have lost out on a property because I wasn't given the opportunity to increase my offer until it was too late, I was under the impression estate agents were supposed to get the best offer for their client........ Seems not

I have now both let through and bought through Robert Bell and Company. As a landlord they found me a tenant quickly and as a purchaser they helped me through the purchase, which i don't think would have gone through if they hadn't been involved, sorting things out in the chain that other agents had failed to do!

The service I have received from this company has been excellent, especially from Alastair Boulton. The survey was received very quickly. The after care service has also been excellent. I have requested further advice and information and this has been provided without quibble and quickly too. I was so impressed my sister used them for her survey as well.

I couldn't have asked for anyone better to deal with the negotiations; Amy kept me in the loop every step of the way, was empathetic and understanding, and all round a credit to the company. Just huge thanks in order and only positive feedback to give.

Friendly and listen to your requirements going over and above to meet them.Always get back to when they say they will and happy to answer any questions either on property or area either by a phone call or email, they make you feel like they are genuinely interested in what you need and your not just a number next to a property. 100% would recommend dealing with these estate agents.
