We were on holiday in Kirkcudbright when part of the car exhaust pipe fell off! They were most helpful, ordered the part for next day and fitted it for only £20 while we waited. Recommended.

Booked a van hire and they booked it for the wrong date! Re-booked for another date but went to pay and was told dates were not available!! Use local facilities and shop local? Not after this experience I'm afraid!!!

To be avoided. They tried to con my pensioner mother twice with faulty batteries when they knew they were dodgy. They then replaced a broken wiper pump which we later discovered (having already left Kirkcudbright) was left with a severe leak and had to be taken back to another garage to be repaired properly. They also tried to overcharge us! Dreadful.

This garage takes to long we have been waiting to hear about our range rover is coming back to us or getting written off and a has been going on for over 4 months and no further forward as nobody knows what I happening or what

MORE THAN A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.....Just wanted to say thank you for helping me and my family out on 13th July 21 we needed a new clutch in our car after it burning out. We were on holiday for the week - so had limited time to have the vehicle repaired.We spoke to the technicians Liam and Ian and i have to say they were absolutely fantastic, professional and understood the limited time we had to have the vehicle repaired. To the point that Ian's parents actually picked the parts up from a garage elsewhere so they could get the car repaired on time for our departure. Needed an oil and filter change whilst on holiday. This garage was obliging, at short notice, but was expensive. I wanted to support local business, but I'd have been around £50 cheaper going to Halfords Autocentre in Dumfries. (Oil & filters cost £131, would have been £82 at Halfords).

My car unexpectedly broke and they were happy to look at it and advise that morning. Really accommodating, really helpful.
