Had a great experience here, signed up for finance on the website in the evening, in the morning had a phone call from Steve Lewis, who was very helpful. He told me the finance had gone through, there was absolutely no hassle. He told me I could go in the next day to go through the paperwork and collect the vehicle. Got here today and he just made everything flawless, took the car out for a drive, I liked it, from there it was just a few bits of paper to sign. They offer a great 4 year warranty along with paint protection! They gave me 12 months free breakdown service with RAC. Definitely the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car and I recommend anyone to go and give them a visit and see what sort of deals they can give you.

Good service due to a problem with a fault on a recently purchased vehicle. However, plan you breakdowns in advance if you want a courtesy car cos they said they didn't have one 'until next month'

Fantastic customer experience.I purchased a car from the clearance branch and there were a few issues that surfaced that I was not happy with. I rang up to see what they could do to help me and within minutes I was booked in at a time convenient for me at the Lympsham branch. I arrived and was provided with a courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired and I was given the opportunity to talk directly to the technician who would be working on my car. He listened attentively and showed genuine empathy for my concerns.Whilst my car was in the workshop I was consistently updated with the situation which is uncommon in the industry and whenever I had a query it was answered promptly.When my car was ready it had been cleaned inside and out and as agreed all work had been carried out to a very high standard.The overall experience has been easy, unpressured and transparent from the start. I would highly recommend Carbase and will definitely buy from them again.I would like to point out specifically the fantastic customer care shown to me by Lindsay and Nick, a credit to the company.Thank you for everything you've done to make my motoring life easy!

Wanted to buy a car there but the guy who assisted me made me feel like i dont afford. Out of frustration I ended up buying it cash. Somewhere else for a higher price. Was desperate for a car but ended up losing cash in lump sum unnecessarily. I guess thats your service guys but mmmmmmmm. Your cars look clean and really loved to have done business w you.

Had an online valuation for my vehicle that I intended to sell to Carbase. After filling in the lead form I had a call from a chap who conducted a telephone appraisal, he was very polite and extremely professional. However, he did advise me he would be off at the time off my in store appraisal.Carbase operate on a 5 star rating for Vehicle condition and prices change accordingly, dependent on the level of the condition - as I would expect. I would personally rate the car at about a 4*, however let's say it was 1* condition, absolutely battered by the Carbase standard, the least I was to expect would be £10,800.As per the image which you will note says GUARANTEE your price.However, the incompetent salesman Trevis came back and said I'll give you £10,000 on today's prices. He accepted the vehicle was in excellent condition, but said it is what it is.I explained to Trevis this was not what I expected and was a wasted journey, however he seemed to shrug it off as if it was normal.He advised me the website is wrong, and if I'm not happy go elsewhere. Yes this is true, however what's the point in making you waste your time in the first place?If this is how they treat potential customers trying to sell a vehicle I'd hate to thi k how I would be treated if I ever bought a vehicle from them...Now let's see if they stick to there word and the Manager; John gives me a call back!

I can't knock Carbase for their aftersales service that's why I go back to them, this time I had an issue with the latest car I bought and Ella in the reception made sure that everything went smoothly she is a credit to Carbase.
