My child has attended this class for several years. It's fun, promotes positivity and builds an anything is possible with focus and hard work" mindset. It also gives children the skills and confidence to defend and protect themselves should they be attacked. The instructors are wonderful and the demonstrations show the beauty of the martial art. All in all

A fantastic martial arts club with something for everyone. The club is really friendly and very welcoming, the classes are challenging yet allow you to progress at your own speed and instructors are excellent. A fab club to be part of and awesome martial art!

Our son has attended for the past 3 years and the teachers here are so supportive and understanding. They really concentrate on making everyone do their best. If you are interested in getting your child into martial arts then this is one of the best I have come across

Fantastic family club with a great team of supportive and encouraging instructors headed by Sbn Craig. Both myself and my boys attend and we love it. Definitely worth checking out :)

The classes are amazing, great for physical health as well as mental health. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the white belt to black belt level. Highly recommend for anyone of any age.
