Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
It's the first time I have used a park and ride.Very easy to find and use.Large bus, so no squeezing on board, friendly staff and not costly.Took us to the middle of York, where we were picked up several hours later.Made our shopping experience so much more relaxed.

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
Don't turn up in a 24' motorhome and try and park in the designated 'motorhome/campervan' Park... it'll be full of small cars, usually ignorant dog walkers!! Who seem unable to walk the extra 2 seconds it would take them to the 'car' park!! We just turned round and left!

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
Brilliant location just off the roundabout and always seems to have plenty of spaces available. Fares are decent and buses are frequent. Good lighting on a night, the site is open until 11pm and CCTV covered too. On site Toilets are a bonus. Negative points are the state of the access roads leading to the car parks as they all need resurfacing, the whole site needs a good clean and sometimes it takes 15 minutes to leave as you are stuck waiting to pull out on the world's busiest roundabout afterwards.

Such a good service buses arrive every 10 minutes.Clean toilets.Easy to catch bus back and gates locked at 11pm so get there relax and enjoy.

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
Not sure how to review a bus stop? You can park your car there. You can catch a bus to York. There are toilets. Needs somewhere to get refreshments though - maybe a vending machine?The staff are very friendly and helpful though - offered my wife and a glass of water whilst we were waiting, after our 15 minute walk in baking sun.

Where to enter the park and ride from could be made clearer if you are not from the area and it might help if they liased with sat nav companies about what the correct postcode is to put in your sat nav for it to take you to the correct entrance. Apart from that and the toilets could do with some updating and maintenace it was not a bad place.

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
A great idea to Park here and ride on the bus into York. Easy to access, free to park. You just have to pay the bus. With 5 of us together, we got à £10 group ticket for the day. Unbeatable value and very little wait.

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
Park and ride is easily located on outskirts of York and is located next to a small country park area (whoch also has a small play area for little people). Adult fare is £3.50 and children are free. Whilst this is perhaps cheaper for two adults if going in for day, it's not quite as cheap if you was only intending to go in for a few hours. It's worth noting however, that if there is a group of 5 adults travelling together then you can get some sort of travelling together deal for £10 which does seem much more reasonable!

Very quick and efficient, got straight on the bus when we arrived. Dropped off by the restaurants, picked up outside the rail museum. Shame there was no electric car charging otherwise it would be 5 stars

Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride
Ideal way to get into York without the grief (and expense) of trying to park in the city centre. And free if you have a bus pass!
