Somma Pizza

Ordered a thin crust bolognasis pizza got a Luke warm fat crust which was greasy plus a chicken kebab with onion and green peppers received Luke warm chicken with kebab meat staff not helpful advised what we ordered was no longer on the menu and it was just east fault we live no more than 10 miles away so why do we get cold food plus is it not the stores responsible to call the customer to say this is no longer available and provide the alternative rather than assuming I want donned meat instead of veg. Manager unavailable says it all apparently food is cold because customers leave the door open !!!

Ordered chicken kebab and a pizza, got a pile of Donna meat (that I didn’t ask for) that I don’t like,and would Not have ordered! pizza stodgy ! Rang them about the Donna meat instead of chicken, rude incompetent!! Didn’t want to know after they had been paid. Never going back!! Stay away

Order here all the time but never again after paying £17.70 for freezing cold chips and 2 burned to crisp burgers!

This place undoubtedly does amazing food, as does lots a places. What makes or breaks a place is the customer service. This place gets it. We use this place quite frequently and 99% of the time have amazing food delivered on time no fuss. We placed an order tonight and they got a few things wrong.. this is what sets places apart.. Somma realised their mistake and rectified it within 10 minutes!!!! Everyone can make a mistake, these are busy places, mistakes are inevitable… putting them right without a whinge is the key!!! Well done Somma, amazing food, brilliant customer service.. keep it up.

Such a shame, we really enjoy the food from this place but orders are often missing stuff or not exactly what is on the menu. Ie. (Missing lamb chops and lamb fillets, also salad and chips once over) .Sort that out and will be happy to leave 5 star rating .

Who sends food out looking like this ? Ordered from here quite a bit before and WILL NEVER use them again.. Charged us £17.70 the food is freezing yet cremated..DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered for the first time definitely will be ordering again. Food delicious, hot and plenty on. Trying pizza next time.

Always ordered pizzas from here never had a problem until last night. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza with no onions as I have a food tolerance to onions. First time we rang the shop up when it was 20 minutes late we got told your delivery is on its way now" then the second time we rang up which was now an hour late we got told the same thing the first time and that the driver will be with us in 20 minutes. Ended up been almost two hours late barely hot and to top it off my pizza barely had any bbq sauce on and had lots of onions in. At this point I couldn't be bothered with the chew on so I ended up picking all the onions out and didn't really taste as good as it usually does. I'm kind of disappointed. I understand the shop can get busy during this time but to be almost two hours late was beyond a joke and to get my order wrong when it clearly said on the note "no onions" and why just annoyed me even further."

Ordered a chicken kebab and a pizza. The food arrived with no garlic dip. Usually get 2 large garlic dips when i order a chicken kebab. I phoned up asked for garlic dip and they sent a small tub and charged me for it. I called up again asking for some more garlic dip as they sent a very small amount. The garlic dip did not arrive after waiting a couple hours i called up again they said it would be here soon. It still hasnt arrived. Therefor our food has not been eaten.
