Been a loyal customer for years, the food was always really nice, apart from the chips where warm ups 80% of the time, we’d always ordered banquets, so the chips would ruin it all, told the lady on phone, what the problem is, and can we have nice fresh chips please, she said yes, but still sent warm ups, where is the pride, where not ordering from here again!

Often use Lin Hao food is always lovely fresh and plentiful.Tried various meals and all have not disappointed.Staff always friendly and a breathe of fresh air too.

I would give 0 if I could. I have ordered in the past and had minor problems but today I had a thick long hair in my food, I rang and told them and they said it wouldn't of come from there shop. I feel sick thinking about it. We've not been offered a refund or any apology, just getting made to feel like we're lying. I will never order from here again. Health and safety clearly isn't there as they thought there was nothing wrong with the fact there was a huge hair in our tea. Now we have waste £17 worth of food.

The BBQ sauce is disgusting! Smells like BBQ sauce, doesn't really look like it and definitely doesn't taste like it. Food was mediocre, I won't be ordering again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD!!Had salt and pepper chicken and fried rice from here and woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. Gave me food poisoning. Please stay away from here
