Didn’t show up to ever do a quote.. double booked me the first time..chased them for an update and was told they will rebook another day, chased again for an update. I was then told surveyor was sick all week so I couldn’t have a report. No exploration work was ever done as there were no holes in any of the brickwork. No communication at all. Caused extra stress and delays in a house purchase, ended up going to another company as Cavity Tech were a waste of time.

I had a survey for cavity wall insulation carried out just before Christmas. I did not receive the report and when I contacted the company to query this the person I spoke to ensured me that he would look for the survey and telephone me on the Monday afterwards. I did not receive the follow up call and I had expected a more professional approach from a larger company. I certainly would not recommend Cavitytech under any circumstances.

I had issues with the final quote which included £80 for an insurance backed guarantee. Sorted out and agreed a price. Promptly paid but no certificate issued. Still chasing this up over 6 months later. No sign of a refund either! I would find another company as not worth the stress.

Don't bother. Twice they have been booked in to do our cavity wall insulation. Twice they haven't showed up or even phoned to let us know they weren't coming. Don't waste your time with them.

I made 2 appointmments for these people to attend to quote on a reasonably large damp proofing job. When i telephoned to enquire where their mr Phillp A was i was informed they had no record of appointment! A further appointment for later that same week and they failed to attend that as well!. Clearly a very busy and succesful company who don't need any new business -good for them, but quite why they make appointments for new busines and then don't turn up is really quite extraordinary and a complete waste of my time! I suggest 1 to avoid!

We insulated an 80s cottage with Cavity Tech. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful surveyor who went above and beyond to assist, provided lots of valuable information and did a very thorough cavity inspection. We also topped up the loft insulation ourselves following the surveyors advice. The office were a little disorganised, a few weeks of no contact, but when we finally got a date the job was prompt, quick and clean. The insulation has dramatically reduced our heat loss so we're happy customers.

It was very important to me that the work was started at 8am. I was assured this would happen but they turned up at 11.30 meaning my son had to take time off work to be there.I was told I needed scaffolding and this is still in place 2 weeks later even though I had asked for it to be removed as soon as possible.I noticed two of the bricks on the house was badly damaged, I had recently had the walls repointed so while I cannot positively confirm Cavity Tech did the damage, I don't know how this can have happened.

Cavitytech installed wall insulation on my property under the government scheme.I later found out my property is not suitable and they refused to take it out under the ciga guarantee.It has now caused thousands of pounds in damage where the cavity has been bridged.If your reading this i implore you not to use this firm.
