I bought a chair that turned out just not to work with my body shape. A50 refunded me the full amount towards a better one, when I took it back (it had only been a week of trying it out and it was still in excellent condition). This is excellent customer service. They have a great choice of used office furniture too, good for a home office budget. Recommended.

Delivery was quick and easy, the 2 delivery men put everything together and positioned where required in the building. Will definitely use again!

I’ve been most impressed with the service from A50. They couldn’t have been more helpful when we bought some office furniture from them some time ago. And recently, a chair bought at that time needed a gas lift canister replacing. I dropped it off to them and went off Christmas shopping whilst they replaced it. When I came back, the job was done – they even hoovered the chair so it looked better than when it arrived – and they only charged me for the canister!
