Fresh Car Valeting

I booked two weeks in advance for an 8am valet, and cleared the car out thoroughly to make the valet’s work easier. The valet rang at 6pm the night before and cancelled. Very disappointing- won’t use again.

This company is 4 Star, shows up early, and did an excellent job, my Wife’s vehicle, looks better than new, interior sparkles, no grandkids shoe scuffs, completely vacuumed and polished. I certainly will use then again.

Was really excited for my car to be valeted and for it to just feel clean having just bought from someone else - Booked several weeks in advance for a 8am appointment on a Saturday, got up early and got ready for the person to turn up, to wait nearly an hour and no show, no phone call or anything. Tried to ring up to understand if there was a hold up or something but the phone lines are only open from 9am!Really disappointed because I was recommended fresh by friends and family.

Very professional, Dan in Plymouth was amazing. Will definitely be using again! Car was spotless… and I am very fussy when it comes to cleaning cars after doing it myself!

The inside was done quite well, but the outside wasn’t great. In the dark it look really good, but upon daylight the next day I noticed there was still brake dust on the alloys and to say I paid extra for the polishing the body work has marks all over it. It wasn’t worth the money. I asked for a partial refund to be offered 10% and for them to revisit. Which I have not taken up because it should have been done first time! Also I find 10% partial refund quite insulting given the state the car is still in

I used fresh car valeting last week for a full interior and exterior valet, the guy who came to do the valet was brilliant, the car was immaculate when he left and I was really pleased with the service received. He advised he had washed the fabric seats and these would take around 24 hours to be completely dry which was fine, I pulled the car into the garage and left over night. The following day around midday I went to go out in the car and when I opened the car door I was met with an awful foisty smell I thought maybe it was just the chemicals in the solution used to clean the seats and assumed it would pass however, 4 days after the valet the smell is just as strong and really quite foul. I have tried to ring Fresh on a number of occasions to discuss this but have only ever got their voicemail, based on the smell alone, I would be dubious to recommend the service which is a real shame as the car as I said previously was gleaming but the smell is awful!

Was booked for the full valet. David did an amazing job the car looked brand new only problem I had, which I noticed later on when it was dark, was that he didn't seem to clean the windscreen. Had to double check the website to see if it was supposed to be included and according to the package deal it was so I don't know why it was missed.Given it a 3 star only because my windscreen was pretty bad. Everything else was spot on but Getting the inside of the car done was the main reason I booked the full valet so for the windscreen to be missed was what let it down

Excellent service, the work carried out was fantastic. My car is gleaming! Communication was fab and booking the valet was straight forward and easy and did not require a phone call.

Very pleased with the valeting of my car, paid extra to get dog hairs removed so worth it!! Val worked wonders it’s like new! Great service all round & a bonus coming to the house. Would highly recommend & would use again.
