Bought shower tray from them. Discovered it was chipped in 3 places when we came to install it. Because 28 days had elapsed, they refused to exchange or give refund and ignored communication. £70 quid down the toilet...definitely avoid.

I've been using premier for years now and find them fantastic to deal with. Tony is a very knowledgeable guy and sorts out any problems you might have. The prices are very reasonable and materials are always there when they say they will be.
