This company really are as good as the reviews state. Their standard of service & ability to secure mortgages are second to none. My husband and i were in the last chance saloon and had no where else to turn. We are now sitting in our new home planning out new colour schemes.

David & his team (AMS) made our home buying experience fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the loan process. Same time I have checked other mortgage brokers and they were not fully updated with offers in the market, David and his team gave me the best offer available for me (that no one offered me). I will definitely be referring them to everyone and will use them again personally in the future.

There website states they are specialists at bad credit and a 5% deposit could be possible blar blar blar, My expert advice was to wait 2 years and have 15% deposit even though I wont have any adverse credit in 2 years. Use another company.We’re not just good

Outstanding!!!I'm writing this review from the comfort of my new home...something which would not have been possible, had it not been for AMS. I really cannot thank the team enough for everything that they have done for me. I highly recommend this company, they have honestly exceeded all of my expectations.... Extortionate fees others who will do a better job for alot less money. There fees are £2500. Then when the mortgage doesn't go through they still want you to pay and will issue you with a CCJ. The solicitors they recommend are totally hopeless and had to be corrected on several incorrectly advised legal statements. If you want to buy a council house and then the council refuse for any reason or take so long that the offer experies (this happens alot with councils) you are left with the fee still to pay even though you did want the mortgage but it failed to go through for no fault of your own. There paper work States that you can find an alternative property if it falls through this is just a lie they will try and charge twice.Supposed to be specialists but yet 2 months later another company got us a much larger mortgage on a brand new house for alot less fees and they actually know what they are doing!Expect to be passed around and be given incorrect advise from inexperienced staff who don't know what they are doing. I had to explain to them how help to buy works! Be asked for the same things over and over and have lots of mistakes in paperwork.Be very careful this company prey on people in debt and eventually making it worse. I now look forward to a court fight.David will I have no doubt respond that we changed our mind about the mortgage this is not true and in response to us signing saying we would pay even if we changed our mind. We did not change our mind and now you are trying to bully us into payingUpdate. Today there case against us was thrown out by a judge. They didn't provide the service and still tried to make is pay in court. Don't be bullied by them!
