Craig is a very friendly guy who fixed our toilet very quickly. Very competent and knows what he is doing. Would happily have him work on any plumbing jobs in the future. Highly recommended.

I contacted Craig in regards to a Boiler leak/fault.Craig made an appointment with me the same day to come and diagnose the problem. The parts were ordered, fitted and everything working as it should be within 48hours of our initial contact.Excellent service, friendly and a very neat and tidy workman!After living with a faulty boiler for 3 years, I'm still getting used to it working on demand instead of having to top up the pressure before every use! It's the small things!Would definitely recommend and use again!

Craig responded very promptly to a request for a boiler service, which was overdue as our usual engineer failed to respond. He was prompt (in fact early), professional and very personable, which is very welcome, especially to pensioners. Methodical and comprehensive work carried out, with a completed service sheet and an annual reminder set up as well. Highly recommended.

Craig did a very professional first class job installing our new gas fire and servicing our boiler. He is a very pleasant person, ready to listen to what kind of fire we wanted and we appreciated his responding to us applying his wealth of experience of different choices we could make. The product was delivered promptly and he worked systematically ensuring the lounge was left clean and tidy afterwards. Craig has done a quite a few jobs for us recently including outside taps, water softner, bathroom jobs and were all done to a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier.When we needed a new kitchen being fitted we had no hesitation in asking Craig to do this for us, even though it as an average small kitchen it was a very big job, which included stripping back to bare walls, re-plastered boarded and plastered the walls and then went on to fit all new kitchen units and appliances for us. He did an absolutely brilliant job with this and we would highly recommend Craig if anyone needs a new kitchen or bathroom being fitted or if they are looking for a brilliant plumber.We will certainly be having Craig do some more jobs for us soon around our house!

Craig came out to me the very next day after I rang him. I had no hot water and my heating wasn't working properly, he not only sorted that out for me, replacing a burnt out pump, but also tested and serviced my boiler, and replaced 2 sets of kitchen taps.I am not local to Craig but he had no hesitation coming out to me, I have had lots of dealings with plumbers in the past, most of who do not even turn up, and Craig was a breath of fresh air, extremely helpful and very professional.I also found his work to be very reasonable and of a very high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Craig has done 3 jobs for me, involving my gas fire, central heating and bath suite replacement. In every respect he has proven to be an outstanding tradesman who combines exceptional professionalism with an affable personality. Craig has done a couple of jobs for me with fitting a new boiler (in a very old house which presented quite a few challenges!) and with fixing a problem on another boiler which 2 other Heating service people had said they had fixed but the problem wasn't sorted properly. Now it is running fine.Craig is honest, hard working and does a job properly (which is a rarity it seems!). His communication is good throughout too. I am now going to use his services all the time as I trust him to do a good job :)
