Reception and nursing staff where helpful f2f but doctors where so unapologetically blunt in meetings it was difficult to appreciate that there was any positive options within a dead-pan hard pragmatic conversation style. Personal style perhaps? Until we had to ask our way into any options rather than being offered those during consultations. Fortunately my partner where informed and confident enough to ask. I fear some people would take this at face value.Another telling thing was that for logistical reasons we needed to split testing across two UK clinics, BFC being one. When management found this out they actually refused to give us any more test services with a nonsense 'just our policy' excuse.Poor communication generally throughout the process with more than once being contacted for important actions needed in error (and not being able to trace how that happened).Imagine a business like this having responsibility over such personal details on you.

The level of care and attention paid to us fell well below any reasonable expectations.- Repeatedly not called back to arrange appointments and discuss results, nobody could give a reason as to why this kept happening.-Brought up to the clinic on the wrong day for tests by a week out! No apologies-When complained to the clinic they said moved to another clinic. They did not like us making complaints as the service was shocking.We decided to move clinics before we started treatment as we had zero confidence in Belfast Fertility. They made what was already a very stressful situation much worse.we had to discard the samples also there. They are fast to taking payments but the level of medical care and attention to detail is appalling.

Have very good experience of the clinic. The staff, nurses and doctors were very friendly and kind and the clinic itself is clean and modern. Our experience is made all the more positive by the fact we have the clinic to thank for our 2 wonderful childreb

Very degrading-The consultant we seen was unprepared and seemed disinterested, couldn't get us out of the room quick enough to end the appointmentWe decided to move clinics before we started treatment as we had zero confidence in Belfast Fertility. They made what was already a very stressful situation much worse.

My wife and I cannot fault Belfast Fertility! We had a wonderful experience and can only recommend them! We have no idea why some people are reviewing them negatively on Google! Don't let the negative reviews put you off! Everyone was brilliant and helpful, despite us using them near Xmas, which was a busy time!

My husband and I just recently went through the ivf process at Belfast Fertility, and I honestly couldn’t find fault with the level of care we received. Any time I called or left a portal message they were quick to respond, every member of staff I met along the way was so lovely and caring, we were treated with respect and given honest answers / advice throughout the whole journey. We never felt pressured into making any decisions, the whole process was explained clearly and we really felt at ease during what is an extremely difficult period.In terms of the actual facilities - the clinic was always really clean, plenty of parking and we started treatment really quickly (for comparison, we have already completed a round of ivf here, yet still no communication from nhs waiting list).I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Belfast Fertility to anyone.

Can’t fault this clinic. Been more than helpful when my partner & I were trying for a baby & thanks to this place, we are now expecting at the end of January. Would highly recommend this place

My wife and I started our fertility treatment journey with the clinic last year and had a wonderful experience with the staff team and counsellors. Whilst the initial process didn't go as quickly as we'd anticipated, the reasons for any delays were always well explained and often due to the back log that the covid restrictions had had on treatment times.We found the staff really informative and friendly and felt like we were well taken care of at each appointment. We would definitely recommend their services and would continue to use the clinic for any future treatments.
