My mother in law had an oncology massage here and hasn’t stopped praising it since! Being on post cancer treatment, which main side affect is aching bones/ muscles she saw Ben at Highcliff and couldn’t believe how relaxed and at ease she felt. I had my first Colonic at leighighcliff clinic and Laura made me feel nothing but relaxed! As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in a spa, it is so clean and fresh, a lovely clinic, making you feel so much more at ease for your first time!

I had colon hydrotherapy with Laura and cannot recommend enough. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She also made the whole experience so therapeutic and calming. I have booked another session to go back in a couple of weeks. Lorraine on reception was also super helpful and polite.

What an experience!I’ve had two treatments (colonic hydrotherapy) with Laura at The Highcliff Clinic and I can’t fault each session. My initial treatment I was extremely nervous as I felt quite embarrassed about having such a treatment done, having never had one before. However, Laura talked me through it, made me feel comfortable and was gentle through it all.I was impressed with how settled I felt during my first treatment and felt incredible after. Feeling lighter, having more energy and all round feeling great internally.I definitely followed Laura’s advice and booked in again 2 weeks later! My 2nd session was even better! I couldn’t believe it! It really is true, all issues usually start in the gut! I’m definitely much happier for looking after my body internally!Thank you Laura! See you in 3 months!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Ben. He was simply amazing, really took his time to explain everything. Ben checked that I was comfortable throughout, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.I felt completely relaxed throughout and never felt rushed. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough and cannot wait for my next session, I really feel so much better already.

Had my first appointment with Laura today and she made me feel so comfortable, she advised a follow up the following week alongside a few amendments to my diet and I am really looking forward to my new gut health journey. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Laura for the last 4 years, most recently in May. I was really nervous this time round due to a recent flare up and bowel issues. Laura made me feel extremely relaxed and kept me calm throughout the treatment. Laura really takes the time to advise you what to do before and after the treatment, including making long term changes in your lifestyle. She advised me to have a second colonic a week later, which I did, to ensure I got the best outcome. I felt so much better and have continued to see improvements since. I am due to have my next one in a few weeks.
