This is the second time I have used Julian for a job on my central heating system. The first time some six months ago was to sort out the problem that a previous tradesman had left me in after messing up the system following a “service”. Julian successfully resolved what was no doubt a difficult situation and kept me updated throughout with clear explanations as to what he needed to carry out. Here he demonstrated how very good he was at problem solving.Today he arrived on the agreed day having texted me to say he would be a few minutes delayed. It was only ten minutes but he took the trouble to inform me. Many tradespeople keep you hanging on for hours and in some cases days without turning up at the agreed time.Again I had a clear explanation of what was required and the work was carried out very professionally and at a competitive price. This was totally unconnected to the first job he had carried out and again I was very happy with the outcome.Julian is very personable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in your home. I would recommend him very highly indeed.
