Can't recommend this business enough. Called in today and asked if they could help me format a USB stick, I had tried and failed several times. They did it in five minutes. Reassured me it was fine to go back if I was still having trouble. Very helpful, polite and friendly.

I am so unhappy I went in to get my phone fix the very next day my hole screen had lines through it I paid £95 for this to happen I will be returning to the store ones they are open to get the screen off and a refund please just be cautious when going here I will be taken my phone else we’re to get re fixed

Absolutely fantastic service. Took my MacBook Pro in with a charger connection problem. They identified the problem immediately and fixed it while I waited. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly guys. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and I know where I'll be taking all my IT stuff in future. Thank you so, so much.

I took my laptop in for data recovery but found out the HDD was corrupt so he left it out so i can sell it for spares & repairs.I also wanted to see if i could load Linux onto my chromebook to use my itunes account however they recommended that it wouldnt be worth my money as it mate not work the way i want it to.And then when i asked how much i owed them for their time they said they didnt want anything.Guys were nice, honest and easy to talkTo.Will defo be going back and would recommend people go see them for any IT issues

Highly recommend IT Central! Took my laptop in after my charger broke inside the charging port. Was in for less than 5 minutes, and they had got the broken charger removed from the port, and they did it for free as well. Guys in the shop were great and speedy! Greatly appreciated their help, and will definitely be back the next time I have an issue with a laptop ☺️

Took my laptop into the guys at IT Central with water damage. They diagnosed and fixed it when I thought it was unrepairable. Got a full debrief of everything they had done and was reassured that I could go back if I had any more problems with it. Can't recommend these guys enough - they're absolutely brilliant!

I had a laptop related issue, so I called IT Central Scotland. After explaining the issue, they offered to talk me through one method to resolve it. As I had tried this, they suggested I bring the laptop in.The colleague who worked there was able to look at the laptop and go through a few questions. He was able to quickly identify that a Window update was the reason for the problem, and he also explained how to fix it if it happens again.I thought IT Central were professional, friendly, and solved the issue quickly. I will definitely use them again in future.

Fantastic and friendly. Everything a techie could need worth speaking to them about other services offered with Video Production Academy on site also. An amazing bunch of people. Value for money and a good location with a wide range of products. Thank you for a tripod loan
