We are absolutely thrilled with the work Johno has carried out for us. The whole experience with LCA was great from the promptness of all the replies to our emails and Benjamin’s first visit out to us to view the bathroom. Johno was always really good company throughout the two week job and he’s delivered exactly what we had in mind when we first started thinking of ideas of what we wanted our bathroom to be. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment using LCA again.

A little chaotic at times due to the number of workers involved, all with different specialisms and the PM being off sick. It all came good in the end. Brad & Kyeon went above and beyond to give me the shower room I had imagined.

Avoid at all cost. I used them to install a pump. The installation was completely wrong and now less than a year later the pump had stopped working and the manufacturer said it wasn't not covered by warranty due to incorrect installation. LCA refused to take any responsibility for incorrect installation and blamed me instead for purchasing a pump that they didn't recommend and charge (much more expensive), which I actually checked with them prior to purchase and was given green light. Very disappointed and will not use them again.Added 06-10-2023Their reply was a lie. There was no explanation that their recommendation would be textbook correct" and my choice was a "straight swap". They can't be blaming me for not having the perfect plumbing knowledge to know the difference in price and pumps. I thought I was paying for their expert knowledge in plumbing and I had expected to have hired someone to have the basic level of care to get the job done properly."

Overly impressed with not only the transformation of my bathroom, but the workmanship and effort the team put in, especially Brad who went over and above to ensure it was on track and finished to a high standard.Reasonably priced but you absolutely get what you pay for.I would have no issues recommending this company to anyone!

Use them every year for my service and certs, one of the very few companies who do LPG and a good job of it they do! Very thorough, great communication and nothing is ever too much trouble. Will continue to recommend to all.

I required a boiler service and gas safety check for my rented property, which I completely forgot about so the prompt was very welcomed!LCA were supportive in accommodating my tenants availability, notifying them on route and addressing other issues whilst there and providing prompt feedback to me.

Reliable company, use them every year for boiler services and any issues I have. Would recommend to anyone, all the engineers I have met have been friendly and always clean up after themselves.

Had a refurbishment of our en-suite. Very happy with the work, looks great. Were always kept updated what time to expect the workmen. Any issues that arose were explained fully and resolution suggested. The area was hoovered and kept clean at the end of each day.
