Rubbish building. Electricity costs through the roof and no option to switch provider. I live on the 2nd floor and the floors are always cold. Large windows with almost no insulation which leaves flat always cold. I spend £100 a month on electricity and this is not enough to even cover heating costs for a single person. You’ll be wasting money on electricity and you will always feel cold in your home

RUBBISH PLACE SO MUCH LITTER IN THE GROUNDS LOADS OF RUBBISH DUMPED NEAR THE GATES ON LEFT HAND SIDE INSIDE OF BUILDING IS A MESS TO AS BUILDERS STILL BUILDING THE ELECTRICITY IS ON A PAY AS YOU GO THE STANDING CHARGE IS £1A DAY PLUS 56P A KILOWATT THAT IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY YOU SEE YOUR MONEY GO DOWN LIKE WATER GOES DOWN A DRAIN VERY EXPENSIVE ELECTRICITY PEOPLE JUST CHECKE WITH WILSON ENERGY THE RATES FOR ELECTRIC GOOD LUCK
