Lilac Cottage Kennels & Cattery
Highly recommend. The owners are lovely and clearly have great passion about caring for pets. Our Buddy (cat) has stayed with them a few times now; and each time we have picked him up, he has been very happy and healthy. Buddy also takes daily medication which the owners are happy to administer. We also love that we can take Buddy's own play tower, toys, blanket and food/water bowls to the cattery with him, so he has some home comforts whilst enjoying his holiday.

Love my dogs like they are their own2 elderly dogs with various conditions and medications are in safe hands so I can fully relax on holiday because I know that I will be collecting relaxed happy dogs.

This was my first time using a kennel and cattery service and I would highly recommend lilac cottage! Was greeted at reception by lovely and friendly owners!My cat (Talula) and dog (Bruno) stayed here for 2 nights and I admit was a little worried leaving them at first because it was my first time leaving my pets in the hands of people they have never met before. But I was reassured they would be well looked after, said I can receive updates throughout their stay and was also shown where they would be kept so my mind was set at ease after that. I’d be pleased to use lilac cottage again in the future.Thank you.

Lilac Cottage Kennels & Cattery
Excellent service, our 10 month old dog has just returned from an 8 night stay at this wonderful establishment. This was our first time leaving our little dog and our worries were put to rest by regular video updates of how our dog was playing and having fun. Our dog can be shy however she soon took to Kev. Will be back when we book our next adventure.

Our dog is well looked after there. She comes back clean and happy. they are very friendly and reasonably priced. I recommend this kennel 100%

We have just used Colin and Kevin for the first time for our dog Bob, and we couldn't be happier. They obviously love what they do and it shows, we even received a photo and video update and we could see how happy Bob was.The kennels are spotless and very spacious, and heated for those cold winter nights. All in all we would thoroughly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.We've already booked him in for his summer holidays, as I'm guessing they are going to become very popular amongst dog (or cat) lovers, and they are definitely a very welcome addition to the area.

Left my two dogs with the NEW owners of this kennels and have to say they are great, lovely owners,very experienced with dogs, look after them really well, send you updates on your dogs while you are away and even photos. They came home smelling lovely, and looked really well and happy so would recommend lilac cottage kennels to anyone who is worried about leaving their dogs or cats while they away because you have nothing to worry about, 10 out of 10 from me :) :) :)

Can't praise the new owners enough , we are so pleased with the way they have looked after our dog Milo, we got updates and pictures of him during his stay which made us feel comfortable and clearly showed that they spent time with him playing ball and interacting with him. When we picked him up he was in fantastic clean condition which reflects the cleanliness of the kennels. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you again for looking after Milo. See you soon.
