Terrible. I asked for gel extensions multiple times and got given acrylics which i’m ALERGIC too. I also asked for a heart and they did it upside down so i asked for them to re do it and they messed it up 3 TIMES so i didn’t end up getting the heart. My friends nails were not filed when out on so they were wonky and she had to ASK the worker to file them. Also my ends of my nails aren’t painted they look scruffy. Don’t go here go somewhere else the staff also yank on your hands and don’t speak to you at all. Never going back again.

Been coming here for quite a few years now, they always do a great job and are very welcoming, they do several types of nails, gel, acrylic etc and have so many colour choices, it might take you a while to choose. They also are quick, which I find helpful, my nails normally take an hour or so which is great. My nails always look great and people at work comment on how nice they look, they don't chip or ping off, I've only ever had one come off, when I slammed my hand in a washing machine. Don't think I would go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I came here today for full French tips almond shape and I felt like I was quite discriminated against I walked in was ignored until I said full set of acrylic please was no chat at all during the process unless I made conversation my set of nail was rushed and badly shaped and one full hand shorter than the other hand and shaped quite badly to say I paid £35. The whole time too I am not English my self and I am all for talking my home language but not unprofessionally loudly the whole time I was in there having my nails done when I came to treat myself. The guy I originally spoke to on the phone was very nice. But after that it all went down hill and I just wish I never bothered wasting my time or money I just felt like I was not wanted there and tbf I couldn’t wait to leave. Wont be returning. A english woman walked in was very welcomed by the staff and told to take a seat however myself was treated differently. Not professional at all and very rude, I will tell my family and friends to avoid here.just to add something extra to the post it is 6 days ago since I had my nails done and they’ve all fell off don’t waste your money and there’s better nail salons in chesterfield

Go here for my eyebrows waxed and the last time I went I asked for them to be waxed thinly, the lady ignored me and walked to to counter to serve someone else. I felt awkward so just got up paid and left, unhappy with my treatment. Definitely think it's time to go elsewhere.
