Horrendous. Didn't receive completed drawings until 12 months after they were commissioned. TFH submitted them for building control before showing them to us. Worse still the plans are just cut and paste rubbish, no plans of the roof structure, wall height was set lower than the height of a standard door, a structural steel was placed through the middle of the chimney breast. All this has cost us over a month on our build as we have had a different architect redraw everything from scratch.
