Great venue, great scents. Even greater is their staffs. Very attentive and friendly staff, especially I was impressed by the male staff with beard who were there to help me out at around 8pm Saturday the 18th to recommend me with perfumes. Thanks again!

Great customer service, friendly and polite staff. I had come in to get a gift for my sister and the member of staff Yasmin who served us helped me to make a fantastic choice. She patiently showed us all the candles, perfumes and diffusers. She also took extra attention in details to wrap the gift boxes. Can’t wait to give my sister her beautifully wrapped gift. I will definitely be back again!

The staff were extremely friendly, products range was great, a bit expensive though but worth a try, i bought above £60 and i got 2 free samples (very good size) and the counter i got another perfume for free, packing is great and although I have bought product for someone else but i am going to try the samples and if they were good am coming back.

Popped in today to sort the dreaded Christmas shopping, dreaded as in fighting crowds to get to what you're looking for. Plus, being a little clueless, and there was some apprehension. However, sucked it up and walked in, met by a lovely lady (Martyna with a Y) who was super helpful, insightful, and managed to make the process all round pleasurable. Gave great advice, and Christmas wrapped everything with different tags / ribbons so I could remember what I purchased. Thank you to Martyna & Molton Brown !! Christmas shopping sorted !!

I have visited twice in the last two days. The staff are so friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend. The window display is absolutely beautiful and really catches your eye. I had a hand massage and it was so relaxing to relax and have some R & R away from the hustle and bustle. I bought many products and my favourite are the black pepper body wash & body lotion.

I do not appreciate the manner in which you are bluntly told to provide your name, surname and email address. They explain that it’s for the loyalty program, but they coud at least asked me first whether I want to be a part of it.Brownie point to the shopping assistant though! She was friendly with me after rejecting to provide personal information.
