Great place, fixed my brakes after some other garage made a mess of them, very good prices too.. would recommend.

Visited her quite some time ago but it seems standards have even dipped below my experienceWent it fo 2 tyres replacing. First question is it a company car ? red flag on pricing ?While waiting young lady comes in no appointment for 4 tyres dropped me like a stone and everyone opted to focus on the young lady literaly...In and out the shop she goes and I'm waitng an hour before my car is touched againAnd reading reviews I got off light ! honestly surprised they're still in business

Attended here for a puncture repair. Unfortunately I was informed I couldn’t get my tyre repaired as it was too close to the tyre wall. I wasn’t actually shown the evidence! I was then quoted £180 for a tyre replacement when the same tyre is available for £140 online. When I questioned this, I was told that this is a price that is only when you prebook online. How am I supposed to prebook online when I don’t know that it needs replacing!Standard con from a big company. Stick to the smaller garages when getting puncture repair & tyre replacement…don’t go here. Poor customer service.

Update on below review which was previously left just before Christmas. My car has just failed an MOT due to national tyres putting tyres on the wrong way. Further complaint has been sent and I'm considering contacting tradindg service or motor ombudsman as regards this location and disgracful service and workmanship...Avoid. Absolute disgrace. Booked car in on a Friday for 3pm Tues just to have 2 tyres fitted. Turned up 10min early and was told could by some time so give you ring when ready. Wasn't told at time would be a drop off as only having 2 tyres fitted. Anyway I said I'll wait. 3.50pm actually started on job. I have severe arthritis and as their is also no seating at all in waiting room I was forced to sit on floor as couldn't stand much longer. Someone else then came in for 4 tyres to be fitted so he worked on both cars same time making me wait even longer. Eventually job done 4.40pm. Another customer had to help me off the floor and I had to cancel hospital appointment for which I now have to wait for another appointment. This place is a total disgrace. Never ever use this place again

Thanks to Liam at the Widnes branch who was helpful today in relation to a tyre issue I had. Excellent customer service and will definitely return to this branch again.

Please Beware!We recently put our car in for an MOT with Widnes National Tyres & Autocare.We left the car & returned an hour or so later, to be told the car had failed it’s MOT. It had failed on rear coil springs & CV boot. We asked what the cost would be to complete the work & advised it would be roughly £600. We decided we would take it to our local garage, we spoke to our local garage who advised the work would cost £180. We received a call later on that day from Chris our local mechanic to state the faults that had been raised on the MOT could not be found & these jobs DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE! We then put it through an independent MOT with another company & the car passed first time, no problems.We have used Halfords in the past & never had an issue & trusted this company would have the same standards. I am completely disgusted.

I worked in car sales for over 20yrs, if our technicians had taken over 2hrs to change 4 tyres, they'd have been working at McDonalds the following Monday!

Great tyres, helped out when the car flagged up an issue with tyres while on motorway and got us in quickly however after they changed the tyre the brake back plate had been damaged and was loose/rattling when on the move and no one thought to tell me so I could go get it fixed. I’d rather be told about damage than it not be mentioned.
