Would like to leave a 6 star review if I could! Mandy & Laura were amazing during our house purchase and they were always happy to answer the phone when I'd be asking questions or asking for updates. Make sure to read the review left by Mihai Adrian who looks to have experienced a similar situation as me in terms of having time wasted, and pointing out the very similar 5 star reviews left by accounts with no other reviews than this.Short:These people have no idea what they're doing. Red flags while dealing with them the entire time. Honestly stay clear if you value your time. Unprofessional, 0 customer service if you're a letter who doesn't make them any money.Their letting procedure is to just process the first applicant that comes in rather than vet multiple ones and let the landlord decide on their chosen tenant like most agencies. Very unorthodox and unfair.Long:Originally contacted the lettings team by email on a Thursday asking for documents and applications to be sent to me to help speed up letting progress. This was ignored by someone with no email etiquette, grammar or basic customer service.Went to a busy group viewing on a Friday afternoon, a man known as the 'Mortgage advisor' in his shorts was at the property to show us around. He had no idea about the property he was at and couldn't answer any questions other than when the office was open for us to send an application, and that I would be able to contact them on the following Tuesday.Contacted them Tuesday for the application form, despite having asked the previous Thursday if they could send anything in advance.Send the application in Wednesday morning only to be told they accepted one yesterday by Terri. You would think that if an application was in progress, this would be known to a small letting team and would advise potential tenants about this rather than wasting everyones time. I've wrote what a professional letting agent typically does in the short form of this story above.I point out all these issues to them in the same email chain about how I've been ignored and their lack of communication and unprofessionalism has gave a very bad experience; nothing said in response other than 'Thanks, we've removed your application'.Awful customer service, absolute joke. The short 5 star by 1 review accounts make more sense now.They don't care about wasting your time in order to accomplish doing the bare minimum required where it comes to lettings. I imagine if you're a landlord or looking to buy then you have some value to them.
