Sonos Repair Centre

Had a Play 5 gen 1 with no power. Sent to Ian and returned fixed and sounding great. All up cost a little over £100 but very happy with the service. Sonos speakers are bloody good!

An excellent company to do business with. Ian was very helpful and very patient with me. I am totally blind but even I knew that there was an issue and Sonos didn’t really help in anyway to get it resolved. I’m glad I came to his company as he helped me through all the process and explained how long it would take and only had to wait a month which I think is pretty exceptional in the circumstances. I had missed my speaker so much but it’s good to be back today and a speedy delivery as well. Thanks very much and hopefully it won’t go down again any time soon but if it does I know where to come and thanks very much for your service. Will recommend it to others as well.Cheers

I was really impressed with this service. We accidentally dropped our Sonos 1 resulting in a distorted sound. I submitted an enquiry and Ian responded quickly explaining how the service works. We sent it off in the post and Ian diagnosed the fault and advised us of the cost. It arrived within a week -all fixed and back to super sound.

After a second failure in a year (play 1 & 5) I was ready to ditch Sonos. Found Ian and his company online and sent my play5 last Tuesday. Was advised it may take 1/2 weeks as he's busy - fair enough. Anyway, I'm sat here a week later listening to it as I type. Fantastic service, easy to arrange and send + got update. Ian has also upgraded some of the components. Highly recommended. Thanks, Ian.

After getting the run around from Sonos, I found Sonosrepair. Sent my Playbar and within 9 days got it back fully working and as good as new. It was great to get things working again and for a fraction of the price quoted by Sonos. fully recommend

Amazing service, I can’t speak highly enough of the Sonos repair centre (Ian) and would highly recommend. What was going to cost me £900 through Sonos direct (as they said I needed a new playbar) cost £120 through Ian for him to repair. An excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and communication. My Sonos Play 1 was cosmetically perfect; it had been well looked after but stopped working and was completely dead. Sonos want to sell you new products and are not interested in repairing old kit so I was about to throw it out when I discovered this company. Their service was extremely smooth and exactly as described. They told me exactly what had been wrong and what they had done to repair it. It now works perfectly. I would highly recommend them :)

Excellent service and very clear instruction from Ian (over the phone). My Sonos play-bar stopped working, as mentioned by other reviewers we did contact Sonos support team which was of no use they tried to sell their new products instead of providing help to resolve this issue. Luckily we came across Sonos repair (via google search) and Ian sorted our Sonos play bar within a week. Their services are excellent & awesome and highly highly recommend without a doubt.
