I thoroughly enjoy visiting this Holland and Barrett store. The store has recently had a makeover which is amazing and a lot easier to shop. The staff are always welcoming and always on hand to offer advice, particularly Andy who is full of knowledge about the products and also Chester in general. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this store if you visit the City.

A must for all health and fitness fanatics. Great big store with a wide product range and knowledgeable, approachable staff. My only qualm is the price but I'm happy to pay a premium for food that makes me feel good.

I really like this store and would have rated it higher however during my last few visits 2 members of staff have made me feel a tad uncomfortable. I don't know how else to put it other than they were just kinda weird and deliberately made contact with me when I put my points card onto the counter so they wouldn't have to touch me (covid reasons obviously). Before this happened I noticed the same staff member would stare at me when I came into the store. It's put me off to be honest. Great range of products just 2 off putting staff members.

Always come here for my vegan friendly supplies. Fabulous products available such as food, cosmetics, health & fitness supplements. Often good deals on too like the 'penny sale' and 'buy one get one half price'. I usually buy my dried fruit and nuts here because they have large bags, as well as certain specialist vegan products like nutritional yeast. The staff are always so friendly and helpful both on the tills and the shop floor. Everything is neatly laid out and clearly labelled too. I love the pick n mix dried fruit/nuts counter, brilliant idea! :)

Fantastic store! Brilliant service from all the colleagues I encountered. It is big, open and very clean.There were a lot of products I'd never seen before and the even had a vegan food service called V Bites. And I need to say that the V Bites food was amazing!

After being left stood waiting at the tills while 3 customers who arrived following me got served first, I gave up and left the store in frustration. Really needs better organisation or a queuing system. A shame, as it's otherwise a good store and has a big range of products.

Best Holland and Barrett I have been in, and it is due to their wide range of chilled products and the presence of Vbites offering take away vegan food inside. Fantastic.

I visit this store when I happen to be in Chester on the odd occasion.Always found to be clean, well organised and inviting with a great selection of quality products.Prices on some items could be a bit more competitive, so its worth looking for the 2 for one offers, which do represent excellent value.

For a health food shop it was disappointing we had to go to Boots to get vegan evening primrose oil!! Surely we don't need gelatine in medicinal products anymore
