After attending 3 training sessions with our puppy, we decided to try somewhere else. We did not feel comfortable with the way some of the more lively puppies were treated; owners were encouraged to pull sharply on the lead whilst shouting NO" at the puppy if they were distracted by food/other dogs/other people. We thought enough was enough when one dog was forcibly pushed away when jumping up and puppies were audibly straining against their collars e.g. gasping and hoarse
