Sharps Fitted Furniture Derby

Went in the store and the sales assistant there didn't even get up from her chair. She seemed disinterested and put me off buying anything from Sharps.

Built-in wardrobes have been in use for 8 weeks now and still have some space to fill! The installation was well done and took just under 3 days, all residual remains cleared and left tidy. The Midnight Blue finish enhances the room very well. Very pleased with the result.

DONT USE... POOR AFTERCARE!Had my wardrobe fitted a few years ago now. When I vrought them I had to have the aftercare team out a because of scratches on the door and recieved poor service so couldn't be bothered to raise any more issues. As I'm about to move I thought I would get the issue with the cupboard door sorted for the new tenant. After care team still awful with no customer service as was told and emailed the wrong time frame but was corrected when i chased after the time frame had passed. Someone arrived after 6pm (who was a very nice guy) had a look and then said it would get rebooked back in as he had to get to a hotel an hour away ready for tomorrow. I then had to wait months for another appointment, again couldn't tell me if it would be morning or afternoon when I called the day before, but did tell me that they had a first appointment already booked in even though this wasn't allowed, but this was exceptional circumstances apparently. When he turned up it took him less than an hour to sort. I got home to look at the works to find damage to the woodwork, poor sealant application round the polls, cracks and scratches plus hadn't cleaned up properly. I sent pictures in to the customer care team that night and they called me the following day. Colleen said she didn't understand how the issues I had sent in could happen after so many years. I advised her it was from the operative that she had booked in for me to carry work out the day before. She then REPEATEDLY said to me that the operative who had come out to me had worked there for over 20 years and if he makes any damages he reports it. I advised that I wasn't lying and I was now even more agitated.She was going to call the operative and give me a call back... never got a call back.

Dom Maarovits fitted my lounge cabinets and book shelves. What an extraordinary young man. The attention to detail is second to none. He is punctual polite trustworthy and extremely talented. He would not leave until he was totally satisfied with his work and the house was clean. Use Dom for your installation..he's great.

They are very kind until you sign the contract and send the deposit. Following this, you cant imagine, awful customer team, very rude surveyor. I wish I had it done locally.

Terrible quality, I wish we’d taken the time to find a local joiner rather than use Sharpes. Spent 5k on a built in wardrobe, covered in scratches and scuff marks, enough left over wood to build a boat. Door handles have fallen off after 4 weeks. Customer care not interested. Avoid!!!!

Extremely Dissatisfied with Sharps Bedroom's Poor Service and QualityI am compelled to write this review to express my extreme disappointment with the services rendered by Sharps Bedroom. We recently purchased a wardrobe from them and had an incredibly negative experience throughout the entire process.Update: We don't have any complaint regarding the fitter anymore. As I have realised that Sharps bedroom treat their contractors (Fitters) very poorly and have not empathy towards them. I will still recommend to NOT use this company and use local business to you to support them. Companies like Sharps make a lot of money and throw poor fitters under the bus with their clever written contracts if something goes wrong. I have recently had a chat with one of their ex-fitter and he revealed many upsetting things. I hope I am able to bring some justice to these fitters via this platform.Very unethical company in my opinion.

If I said they were bad that would be lying they are abysmal. We spent 8k having 2 bespoke units made and attempted fitting. 1st the salesman is full of the usual sales gumf , 2nd the designer comes to your property and makes a total hash of designing the units to the space they are to be fitted in. 3 the day of fitting arrives 4 days booked off work to be at home during the fitting , fitter turns up ,states he can't fit any of the units for numerous reasons but the main one is the designer has messed all fitting diagram and it doesn't work. £250 later after having an electrician in to move sockets the fitter discovers that large quantities of parts are missing, just small items like the base of the units. The fitter then states the 4 day fitting is more like 7 days. In 1 day customer services were called 6 times and nothing was sorted, if I could get my money back I'd throw the lot out of the window and start again.
