Adverage bank and staff are nice

I had to go to the Murraygate Branch in Dundee to sort an issue that 6 visits here couldn't resolve. After the last visit I almost lost the will to live. I didn't find the staff particularly helpful I'm afraid, and also not particularly knowledgeable about how to resolve my problem, and indeed actually compounded the issue with poor advice. I was told I couldn't make an appointment with the manager, but would have to come back on spec to see if she was available. Only good advice I was given was to go to the Murraygate branch.

Probably the most unhelpful rude staff you will meet. Especially the ones that interrogate you when you dare to want to enter. I am in the process of moving to virgin money in gray st
