I have now had two 90 Minute Deluxe Pamper Packages with Shaheen and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Aside from being extremely relaxing (to the point that you find yourself drifting off) there is the added bonus of the longer term benefits that come from the facial cupping and reflexology parts of the treatment. You come out of the treatment glowing and feeling rejuvenated from top to toe.I have also recently tried Shaheen’s new offering of the Advanced Facial and Cranial Gua Sha. Like all Shaheen’s treatments, they feel very relaxing but at the same time much more than just a surface level massage. Shaheen discusses your health and well-being with you at the start of the session and uses this information to create a bespoke experience for you. I came out of the treatment with glowing skin and slept really well that evening. I loved the physical feeling of the treatment but also the deeper work I could see it doing with my skin over time. This is definitely a treatment I would love to have regularly.

This was my first time having reflexology and oh my word, it was amazing.Shaheen is so friendly and really goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable. The room is beautifully set up.I had the treatment as I am 1 week overdue and reflexology can help with relaxation and even induction of labour.The treatment was wonderful and I left feeling very relaxed and sleepy.I will definitely go back to Shaheen and try her other treatments too, thank you so much! I attended today for some much needed R and R. Definitely did not disapoint.I was welcomed. Had a lovely heated blanket to lay on. Weighted blanket over me.I was able to zone out fully.Thank you for my reflexology.

Reflexology with Shaheen has been so relaxing! She’s super professional in her approach and I feel like I’m in very capable hands. Such a calming environment too. Definitely recommend!

I had the Pumpkin Spice seasonal offer and really enjoyed it. Especially the Gua Sha facial. Very professional and welcoming. Excellent value too. The ginger hot chocolate was so lovely, I've order some on line. Will definitely go again.

I really loved my treatment, it was such a treat to enjoy a pampering package of hot stone massage, Eve Taylor facial with reflexology to both face and feet and, the absolute best scalp massage. I’m feeling very zen now and will definitely be back soon, thank you Shaheen!

Wow, what an experience. Shaheen was exceptionally professional and listened to my concerns-formulating the best treatment for me-just what I needed.
