Extremely poor service. Installation of stove, left with a very rough uneven surface, stove backing covered in plaster, cracked and opening not level. Plaster finish was absolutely horrendous.Stove door would not close, handle fitted incorrectly, had to replace handle and get chimney breast replastered. Contacted Ian via email with pictures, replied that it was not good enough and would be in touch but he never did.Terribly expensive experience. Beware of this company.
