Wheelchair accessible and flat throughout. Although the back of the store has a small lip to get over. Really great value of unbranded shoes but also do selection of branded shoes at decent price. Wheelchair accessible parking inbetween them and Dunlem

I often shop in this store and each time I find the staff team to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. I feel it is of great importance, that employees are praised for their efforts as we often focus on the negatives. I would like to say a big well done and keep up the good work!

Extremely good customer service. I had bought my husband a pair of slippers a week earlier, they were nipping his toes. When i returned the slippers to change them, there really wasnt a problem with me changing them for a different design. Great service.

DisappointedChosen some work boots. staff made me wait 20min because the box only had 1 shoe. Left with nothing second time this has happened at this store!

Staff need customer service training.I’ve literally just left the store after 30 minutes in there. Went in and looked at the trainers at the back of the store as I wanted to by 3 or 4 pairs of new shoes. Saw a pair I liked, waited and then just happened to grab one of the ladies whilst she was checking the stock room. I tried on a few more, but the staff were so busy talking to each other way down at the other end of the store talking about the shoes they did/did not like and pretending to look busy. There was literally 3-4 other customers in the whole time. I figured they couldn’t be bothered with me so I’ll now go into Huddersfield centre. I tend to really like Wynsors because they have a great range and usually I get good customer service, but these ladies on this morning clearly wanted to be anywhere else!!

I have bought a few pair of trainers from here before and never had any trouble, but the last time I bought a pair I was assisted by a woman who hardly understood what I meant and she was difficult to understand also. It seemed to me that she wasn't all that good when dealing with customers. I would like to add that I went in for a pair of Nike trainers in size (9) and I told her that I want a pair of these in a size (9) than she began to walk towards the size (10s) and picked the same trainer from there and asked me if I wanted the try them on. To continue on this fun of her lack of understanding she went into the back after I told her they are for somebody else and I'm wanting them in a size (9) not (10) but nope, she came of with them in a size ten. Its annoying when they don't listen to you especially when I am from the UK and grew up in the next city, Its fair to say my only language is english and I have a yorkshire accent so if someone stuggles with that then they shouldn't be working in a place like that and should go work for o2 or something.

Went down to Wynsors with my mother as she has seen a pair of wedge boots that she wanted to purchase.The lady who assisted my mum with trying on the boots was very helpful and very patient.I had also taken a look at purchasing a new pair of shoes for my 1 year old but had been advised that the smallest shoe size they do is a size 4.

Great staff and very friendly and helpful with my children's sizing and shoes
