Co-op Food - Bromyard

Good for general necessity shopping, but the self-checkout machines are little iffy sometimes. Loved coming here after lockdown and seeing people with no masks on (the material has tiny holes through which viruses can go, unless you're using some kind of high tech mask there's no point)

A convenient place for people in Bromyard to do a big shop, which has most food. We came on bank holiday, so there was a bad range of vegetables and it was quite quiet. Value for money is not great.

I’m not one to post bad reviews and this is not a bad review as such but more of a wake up and have words with a good few of the staff in the store. There’s a couple of lads in there that are happy and say plesse thank you and make you feel like shopping again there. Sadly I can not say the same about a few not all but a few of the female staff one in particular.Every single time I go to her checkout it’s like She’s doing me some kind of favour. There’s no hi or hello, no please or thank yous. Not even a smile they look like they been forced to work there and that the customers are the enemy.This is not them all I must stress some are very polite.Im not going to single out anyone but they know who they are.It’s hard enough shopping trying to shop for value items then to be treated like you shouldn’t of come here at checkouts is really uncalled for.Smile say hello and thank you after all without customers the store will close down simple as that..

Smaller than some of the competition, but still decent sized and offers a pretty good range of just about all you could ask for. Co-op's own brand fresh and chilled foods are no disappointment. Store is seldom over busy and parking is free. Saves a long round trip for locals to anywhere else.

Not a fan of shopping here could do with being a lot cheaper

I find the store convenient but the prices are through the roof. Unfortunately there is no competition so unless you want to travel to Leominster or Malvern they have a captive audience.

Difficult to find any staff to help. Always have an issue at the self checkout. Checkout time longer as staff having to go off to get vapes, lottery tickets, parcels. Food range limited due to massive isles devoted to snacks.

Good range of products and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend purchasing from here. Good range of prices as well.

…handy for local shopping and good opening hours where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, The National Lottery, Amazon Hub, Evri Parcels Shop ( ex Hermes ), Costa coffee machine, clothing&shoes The Salvation Army container, very large car parking ( up to 2 hours free the Co-opcustomers parking ), good range of the best quality fresh vegetables, items for general household consumption, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and refrigerated products for sale and even more than we could imagine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️

Great store for topping up on essential items, and great staff But one big concern for me is the amount of customers being allowed to shop here without wearing face masks. Twice now, I've visited and twice I've been face to face with young customers, no masks and no social distancing. Not acceptable
