After finding out about these guys from Rumbarber on YouTube who speaks so highly of Quartered Steels I thought I'd give them a go. I have used pretty much most big brands in the hair industry but its safe to say I've settled with QS. The craftsmanship, quality and utterly phenomenal customer service is second to none. I have noticed that even with a lot of daily use they are still as sharp as the day I got them. You wont be disappointed, get on board.

I've been a hair professional for over 15 years now, and my equipment means the world to me, during our career I've tried so many brands of scissors, combs, clippers and lots of other gizmos but my scissors, are my everything, I'd spend thousands to find the right scissors, as I always taught my scissors to make the foundation to your masterpiece, so invest well, and that I have over the years, from Jaguars, Passion and Joewells, I thought they were my scissor, but no, Dan walked into my life, and presented quartered Steels, from being so optimistic because of the price, since my Joewell Craft cost me £700 and the one recommended was £295, it makes you ask yourself why? But I took the plunge into the world of quartered steel, and one word describes the quality and feel that is AWESOME" I purchased the Master Precision

Quartered steels scissors are about as fine a blade as a craftsman could make. Sure they come at a premium, but the quality would make you cry with joy. I have been using mine for a year and a half in a busy shop every day and they still cut like a hot knife through butter. The metal quality is worth every penny.

Just had a couple of pairs of my quartered steels scissors sharpened and they are back to cutting like brand new again. Definitely give these guys a shout if you’re looking for new scissors or your current set serviced.
