Great appliance to have, lovely tap but beware. If you purchase the Patinated Brass Fusion tap the finish doesn't last long and you end up with a shiny brass finish. We only ever use water to clean it and have never used products on it either. So disappointing to spend so much money and see the finish mark so easily. We were told by Quooker hotline that wear is to be expected but we've only had the tap 4 months.

Would recommend to anyone, fantastic finishing touch to our new kitchen, so practical and easy to operate with all the mechanics nicely hidden away in a below cupboard. When our kitchen fitters didn't get it quite right, Quooker came straight out to rectify the fitting issue. Only minor complaint is that the cold filtered water isn't as cold as our cold mains water, otherwise would have been a 5*

The hot tap is the best part of our new kitchen, could never go back to a kettle, the hot water is instant and the tap looks cool, matching our modern kitchen.

Absolutely love my Quooker tap, it is a game changer and my favourite appliance in my kitchen. Having instant hot water is such a time saver from making hot drinks to filling up saucepans for cooking. The design makes safety a priority, so there is no chance of accidental scalding and it looks incredibly stylish. I am never going back to kettles!

We have had 5 Cube units installed this year. All have broken down within a few months. It is a piece of junk. You would save yourself a load of time and money buying a simple jug water filter and Sodastream. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

I highly recommend Quooker. Very professional service. I can't imagine not having one now. It is used constantly. And has saved us money not using a kettle, not having to buy bottled water.

The tap is great, but be warned if you have the cube with sparkling water, the don’t make it clear initially that you have to return the empty canisters, they will charge you if you don’t.For this reason I only give it 3 stars for lack of information.
