Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have always been petrified of going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease. Dentist talked me through my treatment plan and was very including and made me feel like I had a choice. Would fully recommend to anybody.

BUPA are an absolute scam. When you join they make you take a form to your GP to fill out before you can access services like this. But, when your GP point blank refuses to fill out any forms you are stuck paying for services that you are locked out of by the system.

I visited for a checkup and a visit with the hygienist. I found from bringing to end everyone was friendly and helpful, from the reception staff. The work they do is exceptional. They have definitely given me back my smile and confidence. Thankyou

The team at Bupa Wellington made me feel really at ease during a recent tooth extraction - they even gave me a courtesy call the next day to make sure I was doing ok post surgery. Very friendly and professional. :)

Excellent service. Called them at 8.00 AM for an emergency, got a call back at 8.30 with an appointment at 10.00 AM same day.Staff are always very polite and helpful.Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and polite staff on reception which puts you at ease when a visit to the dentist is not exactly your favourite place to be! The dentist and nurse I saw for my appointment were very friendly, professional and reassuring which is great if you are feeling a little nervous!
