I know, we’ll NEVER EVER come back to SD… I have been bounced 8 minutes before closing by teenage staff, young girl yelling at me that they are closed. Looked into store full of customers saying I grab just ball for my son and go straight to the till, she still yelling that I must come tomorrow!!! I am not from around the corner, as you expect, and this ball was quite important for me. I wish you an awful life and I wish you to go to hell for your arrogance and disrespect of customers. It’s nothing happen to you to let me go in. Even I say please several times and asked two times come back 8 minutes before closing. What a stupidity of this young girl. I wish you all the bad you can get in your life. World doesn’t need so awful people like you. 18:42, 11/11/23

We went today (06/09/23) to find some school shoes for my very fussy daughter. Jack in the children's shoes section was great after daughter couldn't find anything in her size, very helpful and managed to get her to agree on some shoes while also showing myself options of laces (after daughter complained). Excellent customer service from Jack! Thank you

I normally hate this kinda shop, but this one is pretty good. All the staff was super patient and helpful when buying a new pair of trainers for my 5yr old. Defo recommend and will be using again.

Good store. Easy access and parking. Good range of stock as expected. At competitive prices. Bit limited for the chubbier bloke though.

Good prices in this large store. Not really for top pros but there are bargains to be had.

Very well done. The shop is looking great. I was here before and the shop was a really mess know when the renovation was done the shop it’s really nice and you can found everything what you’re looking for. I haven’t been there for a long time but now have one of the staff says from November. The shop is looking very organized and you can found everything what you looking for the better price. Disappointed, Awful70% Off or four-fold increase in price.Price on the box was showing £22 and cost me £87.99Which one is true?We typically visit this shop to purchase footwear and other sports equipment.Everything seemed OK and the prices were reasonable prior to the significant alterations to the store's remodel and layout.Unfortunately, though there is no longer a discount and everything is outrageously costly and unjust.They try to pretend to selling at a reasonable price using merely a discount label, but in reality they sell the product for many times the actual price.The taxpayers and English consumers' intelligence are being insulted by this pretence of low-cost selling.

SPORTS DIRECT CRIBBS CAUSEWAY BRISTOLAbsolutely fuming!!!I purchased 2 pairs of wellington boots for my grandchildren which were priced as 2 pairs for £18. The offer did not come up on the till, I challenged this, was told by the shop assistant that the offer was no longer on, I said that it was not my fault they were still on the shelf advertising that price!! The other 2 shop assistants got involved & was telling me that is what I have to pay!! I told them it was there error not mine!I asked to see the manager & she said I was right & it should of come off!! I then asked the old lady shop assistant if she was going to apologise to me? She said no & was still arguing with me even though she was serving a customer at this point. I told her how rude & disgusting how she was speaking to me. The manager was refunding what I was owed & at no point did she stop her staff( the old grey haired lady) from arguing!! Obviously the manager had no control over her staff!!!Just to make sure that if you go there, please check your receipt!!Rant over!!!

Popped in with my mum to get some clothing for my girls. The lift was blocked off, so we had to climb the stairs, which was tough.We found what we were looking for fairly easily, but it wasn't suitable. We didn't speak to any staff

Really helpful young lady. Everything you need for sports. Only thing that could be improved. A better selection of rugby boots. Don't by kooga rugby boots as they don't last 5 mins.
