I urgently needed to have an MOT carried out on my wife's car. The owner and his wife could not have been more helpful. Slotted me in, with half an hour's notice, on a Saturday morning. Social distancing and hygiene were top priority here and I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.Mike from Reading.

As I have used Tim Browns in the past and had no issues, I got a competitive quote from them and took my car in for new brake disks, pads and air con re-gas, (which according to my dash cam took just over an hour). A few days after the work was done (after I had paid the invoice) the air conditioning stopped working again, when I rang them about it the receptionist was very helpful and booked the car in again to have another look, when I picked the car up all that was said was if you have anymore problems just bring it back as it could be a faulty compressor, no mention of payment (again according to my dash cam took 2 hours just for the air con this time). A few days later I received another invoice for the second attempt at re-gassing the air con. When I queried the bill I was told that I had not been billed for the re-gas but for the time spent on the second visit, if there had been a different problem I could understand more work, but to be charged again for the work that had failed on the first attempt was not on. When Paul (the owner) was asked by the reception staff for a comment I could hear him in the background saying don't pay the bill then

Always go here for any problems with my car.They went above and beyond to help when there was a complication with my power steering, and they are always polite and helpful.Pricing is also very reasonable, and will let you know of any extra costs that'll incur with is great.

This is the only garage myself and my husband use for both our family cars as we 100% trust Tim Brown & son to maintain and make sure our vehicles are safe and road worthy. We have our Mot's and any repair work needed, annual services and service book filled in and stamped they even priced up a genuine and none genuine service kit for us so we had a choice! We both have had body work repairs carried out here and the finish and standard of work was exceptional, with the garage providing a collection and drop off service from and to our home on completion! We have just turned up a few times on hearing a noise or a light appearing on the dashboard, so the owner happily checked it out for us whilst we waited without charge (I must remember to pop a packet of biscuits in for that job) We find the office staff very helpful and friendly. We wouldn't use any other garage as we're 100% happy with the service we receive from Tim Brown's.

The business is second to none and I would recommend them unreservedly for any motoring needs. Staff always very helpful and go out of their way to resolve any problems or difficulties.
