I booked a wheelchair accessible taxi 4 days in advance for a important event. On the day they called me 40mins before I was being picked up and told me my booking has been cancelled and to find another cab station to take me. The man speaking on the phone had no accountability and was unprofessional. How can they do this to people???? As a result I was unable to find another way to travel to the event and lost my booking. These people are unreliable and thieves. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE!!!

Do not book a taxi from here. Driver was late and made us go to Heathrow terminal drop off to be picked up, despite this not being allowed. We also booked two car seats for our two toddlers and called multiple times to confirm as safety is important to us. At pick up there was only one seat and we were told they only ever carry one car seat, not two. Company lied and took our booking anyway, when I called to explain I was told if I cared about car seats I should have provided one myself. Avoid at all costs, expensive, unreliable and terrible customer service.

Requested for a baby carseat on Wednesday 18th of May evening multiple times and I mentioned the baby is 9 months. The office guy didn’t seem helpful at all. Then driver came after 4 days without a baby carseat. The driver was clueless and just offered a booster seat (definitely not legal) . He was ok . Office managing seemed unprofessional and inconsiderate. I won’t recommend it to a family with a baby. I honestly should have got a normal bolt/uber.Beware I think they use different company names.Quite deceptive.

Company and drivers ROB disabled people. I am disabled and. So many times the drivers have been horrible to me - the last one was called Mohamed he lied to me and took £6 + shame on signature who do not care about disabled people and exist to make money - shame on the drivers like Mohamed who lie and ROB disabled people. Keep up the unethical work.Terrible drivers who do 5.8 miles instead of 3.1 to make extra money and the organisation staff give wrong quotes and give wrong receipt and there is no communication between the organisation staff and drivers, and drivers ROB clients + so many times the driver has taken Extra money from me and not told the office and the office never reply to emails.Plus I think there are 4 companies with same address - very unethical

Taxi from Heathrow to Edgware via Harrow - excellent service and a professional driver. I had a very pleasant experience. The driver was most helpful, very knowledgeable en route and was exceptionally pleasant. The journey was thoroughly enjoyable and in the most positive way. May I say that the driver he was filled with cheer and character, needless to say, a faultless charm. Most reliable cab service I have ever used

Called from the airport and they managed to get a large minivan to me within 45 mins.

Booked a cab to take my dog across London a month before I needed it, told them this in advance they said it wasn't a problem then 45mins before it was due they call to say they won't take dogs. Appalling attitude will never use them again

Very late for a airport transfer, so I got an Uber. Repeatedly messaged to cancel and called, so that the driver wouldn’t wake my family up and was ignored. Originally I had booked using West Ealing cars but it turns out that’s a fake company and actually signature transfers (in Harrow) confirmed the booking. Obviously I wouldn’t have booked had I known. What a mess
