I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL I SPOKE WITH BIT DIFFICULT AT TIMES WITH NOISE AND LANGUAGE PROBLEMS SO I MORE IMPRESSED THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD ME (AWAITING OPERATION ON MY MOUTH) EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT THEY WERE PRECISE REPEATED WHAT I DIDN'T CATCH OR UNDERSTAND WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND CARD TO OTHERS I HAVE BEEN ILL FOR A LONG TIME SO I HAD SOME FUN TRIED DIFFERENT SHOPS BUT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS 1ST CLASS THANX SO VERY VERY MUCH

Very easy application online. If you're accepted I would strongly suggest paying off the full amount each month as the interest is a bit steep. Not a good idea for long term lending.

Easy to apply for, and you get notified almost straightaway, as to whether you have been accepted for a card or not. Took about a week after acceptance for my card to arrive. Only issue I had, is that my card, and letter with my PIN number, arrived together, and they should have been posted separately. The app is easy to navigate, and the process of setting everything up is straightforward.

So far all good, I have only had the account for a very short time so not even used it yet, so not able to give a full review at this time, but from application to set up was very quick and everything arrived as advised it would.

Asking me to leave review when haven’t even gotten notified of acceptance or not yet? So can’t give true review as don’t know yet, application simple but waiting nearly 2 weeks now a big of a delay?

I changed my address while card is in transit. Called to customer care to change delivery address. They suggested me cancel the card and reapply. Did same thing but my application rejected while reapply.

I've had no emails or any information for 2 days since applying. But the best part is I've been asked to leave some feedback on how they did ... I'm still unsure if I was ever accepted, so I'd say poor.

Super fast application and acceptance . Rates are reasonable and I was given a good limit ( more than expected ) . Card and pin arrived within the time period given . I’ve not used the card as yet , but when I do I plan to use it sensibly and within my limits . Down loaded the app quickly and easily .
