TUBO Leicester

Came here for the first time with my mrs and was really happy with how great the customer service is; wish I took names for recognition.The pipes we ordered were made great - flavour lasted a very long time and didn’t burn out. Constantly being checked up on to make sure everything was okay, very attentive for a lounge.Whole atmosphere is brilliant for a chilled out evening with no fuss, decor was fantastic had a modern touch.Will definitely be returning.

The place is so clean and fancy the best in Leicester to be honest the service was excellent they have nice and friendly staff the shisha was amazing we had ( double apple) also the food was great .

I have been to many shisha lounges, and this one in particular had absolutely exquisite service, the attention to detail was commendable, we ordered food which arrived with minimum waiting time, the shisha itself was immaculate and smooth, the most significant detail for me was the atmosphere/vibe of the lounge. Definitely did not disappoint, I would highly recommend this lounge to others, I live in London and often come to Leicester to relax and gather with friends at Tubo. It’s absolutely great for a hang out.

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, the absence of air conditioning in the scorching heat was utterly unbearable. It's astounding that a restaurant would not prioritize basic comfort for its patrons.But what truly pushed this experience into a nightmare was the abhorrent customer service. Not only were the staff unhelpful, but they also used profanity and derogatory language, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism.In all my years of dining out, I've never encountered such a disgraceful establishment. Avoid this place at all costs – the combination of sweltering conditions and offensive service makes it an utterly unpleasant dining destination.

Very disappointed and angry with the service, the plate was thrown in my face and the girl did not even say anything. Cold food and the coal was getting changed once every hour. The girl that served us in the beginning was lovely tho.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was shockingly disrespectful, showing a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by our presence. The food, which took forever to arrive, was subpar at best. It's clear that this establishment has no respect for its customers, and I would strongly advise against dining here.

It’s a nice restaurant relatively new. Has good ambience and is very well staffed. The staff are very polite and helpful. The interiors are nice. The food however is ordinary and not upto the mark. On the plus side They have a good collection of Sheeshas and ample parking.

Could be a lot better.The starters were nice and tasty. We got the spring rolls, dynamite prawns and calamari.The mains. The lamb was really nice and tender.the atmosphere and decor was really nice.However, the sweet and sour chicken and shizwan chicken were horrible. So chewy and overdone. Did not enjoy at all. The chips were horrible too. Sooo dry and tasteless. Couldn't even eat my plate. The staff were abit rude. My mum asked one of the waiters to come and he totally ignored her and walked off. Another waiter was brushing her hair in the restaurant? Very unprofessional when you are eating she randomly goes to the till and does it in front of customers especially when customers are sitting nearby. What happened to health and safety? And hygiene?Took ages to get someone to notice us or take our orders. Very rubbish service. After 20 mins of finally getting someone we told them about our food and luckily they took it off the bill and we didn't have to pay which was good.Overall pretty disappointed with the staff and food really let the place down. Normally in a standard restaurant like nandos, staff would walk around and ask if your food was okay. But guess not at this place. Not a happy customer. Don't think I will return.They need to improve their customer service and being attentive to the customer. Not make them wait 20 mins to order starters then 20 mins wait for mains. Oh and another 20 mins just to get the bill!!
